Last week I went to my favorite downtown cart. I call it the "Italian Cart Guy" but more than one person runs it and the real name is Ravioli Fair. The cart is located in the Financial District on Nassua halfway between Cedar and Liberty on the East side of the street. Italian sandwiches and pasta both hot and cold are served at Ravioli Fare, the lasagne being my favorite. There is a limited amount of each item so get to the cart around noon for the full seleciton. The lasagna is to die for! (though the picture you've posted make it look gross-- what's the deal?)
