The long and winding path to a food cart..

In the interest of public food-cart edification, but mostly to serve the end of increasing the number of postings on this site by a whopping 50%, we, the helpful iheartcarts founders, are including information about starting one's own food cart business.

How, you ask, do we plan to do this?
Are we going to give you the proverbial fish?
of course not! That would be short-sighted and irresponsible.
Are we going to "teach you to fish" so to speak?
that sounds like entirely too much work. So... no.
Are we going to post a link regarding one infinitesimal (though let-me-tell-you, essential) aspect of launching a food cart business in NYC, even though by itself it's not very helpful and also informs you right on the official page that it's not realistic to expect to get a cart (due to a long wait-list -- but i don't want to give away too much!), and consider our job done?
hell yes!

Do we promise never to publish this sort of filler information again?
Not unless we are really really starved for content. Or really lazy. Or get drunk and forget that we promised, so it's not really like we broke the promise intentionally.
